To request a meeting with Congresswoman Van Duyne in Washington or Texas, please email Joseph.Rosenwinkel@mail.house.gov. 

Due to the Member’s schedule, not all requests can be filled.  

To expedite the scheduling process, we ask you to include the following details:

• Your full name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your street address (please include city, state, and zip code)
• Are you with an organization? If so, which organization (provide website) and what is your title? 
• Details – is this an appearance, speaking engagement, event, or meeting? 
• If the request is for an event/meeting outside of our D.C. and Texas offices, please provide the event/meeting location
• Number of attendees
• Topics
